System/Sustainment Engineer

Stellar Solutions is seeking a Sustainment Engineer who will provide operational integration support to a space system ground segment.  The sustainment engineer will be part of teams that maintains and tracks defects on a soon to be operational system.  This candidate will also provide transitional support to tier level help desks located at major ground locations.

In this role you will:

• Maintain Daily System Status Awareness/Dashboard -- this will require some knowledge of space system and space operations
• Assist in the development of Tier System Help Desk, to include concept and implementation. Working closely with element development efforts  
• Maintaining defects reported by users
• Familiarization with ServiceNow/HelpNow
• Assist in development of User Guides/Ops Procedures/User Training Maintain DR tool databases and oversee weekly DRB meetings (Schedule/Agenda/Minutes)
• Establish overall Sustainment Strategies, Policies, Schedules, User Engagements, Coordinating CCB inputs, schedule , coordinate and facilitate CCB meeting

Required:

• Must possess an active and current TS/SCI with CI/Polygraph
