Stellar Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Risk Management Program Manager to support Space Systems Command, Space Sensing Directorate in El Segundo, CA. This position provides systems engineering and advisory support in a dynamic, high-paced environment while guiding Missile Warning, Missile Tracking, and Missile Defense space and ground programs. The Risk Manager will be responsible for risk management aspects of multiple satellite and associated ground programs that are geared towards providing additional warfighter capability to end users.
The Risk Manager will coordinate across the Space Sensing directorate to assure the government’s requirements are met and report to the government program manager on a regular basis as to the status of these programs. The ideal candidate will be familiar with standard risk management processes have familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools. The Risk Manager will lead government risk management boards and TEMs to ensure all risks and associated impacts are understood across the enterprise.

The typical salary range for this position is USD $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, profit sharing / retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to annual base salary).
Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. The nature of this work will, at times, require quick responses to stringent deadlines and always in a high quality, professional manner.
