Stellar Solutions supports GPS enterprise evolution under SSC/GSIS, integrating space, ground, and user segment capabilities for resilient PNT.
Support mission operations integration and readiness for GPS IIIF, including SoS integration, test, and transition to operations. Coordinate plans, risks, and reviews with government and contractor teams.
In this position, the ideal candidate will:
Perform SoS integration and end-to-end test planning for space/ground/user elements
Support mission readiness planning: operational test, acceptance, and transition to Ops
Develop integrated plans/schedules and decision briefings; manage risks and actions
Participate in cross-functional SE&I activities; coordinate with stakeholders
Contribute to launch planning/execution and on-orbit operations as applicable
Required Qualifications:
10+ years in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
10+ years in system-of-systems integration and integrated testing (space/ground/user)
Experience with operational test, operational acceptance, and transition-to-Ops planning
Confluence/Jira familiarity; strong communication and teamwork
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Math, Physics, or CS
Desired Qualifications:
15+ years in SV SEI&T; launch and satellite ops experience
Broad SE/PM exposure across multiple lifecycle phases
Knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, SE/test/production policies and practices
Knowledge of GPS space/ground/user segments
Strong writing and interpersonal communication; TS clearance; Master’s degree
PMP/ESEP/CSEP/OCSMP certifications

This position is located in El Segundo, CA • Travel expected <10%
Compensation:
The typical salary range for this position is USD $145,000 - $185,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to salary).
