Stellar Solutions is seeking a Ground Segment Systems Engineer / Integration Engineer to maintain and drive the technical baseline for a national security space ground segment. You will enforce disciplined configuration and requirements management while supporting relay ground station site engineering and enterprise integrations, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Maintain cognizance over the technical baseline and support baseline documentation processes.
Support configuration management, including preparation for and participation in CCBs and related boards.
Support requirements decomposition, traceability, and change impact assessment.
Coordinate with leadership to scope future actions and evolving requirements.
Support enterprise integrations (for example, relay ground station site engineering, command and control, multi-orbit).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce processes and consistent execution.
Required Qualifications
6–7 years of systems engineering experience, including ground systems.
Experience with SE&I in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience with technical baseline documentation and configuration management.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Ability to work on site in El Segundo at least 3 days per week.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with MBSE tools (for example, Cameo).
Experience with physical and virtual networking.
Knowledge of ground systems equipment engineering processes.
Knowledge of missile warning and SBIRS.

U.S. Citizen
On-site expectation: at least 3 days per week in El Segundo, CA
Compensation:
The typical annual salary range for this position is approximately, USD $125,000 - $150,000. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, profit sharing / retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to annual base salary).
Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. The nature of this work will, at times, require quick responses to stringent deadlines and always in a high quality, professional manner.
